Updated May 7, 2026

We try to keep this short, plain, and accurate. If something here is out of date or unclear, email us and we will fix it.

What we collect

  • Anonymous listening: the site streams audio from a public CDN and uses standard browser caches. No account is required to listen and no per-listener tracking is stored on our servers.
  • Sign-in (optional): if you create an account to download tracks or save favorites, we use Clerk to manage your email and authentication. We store your email and a Clerk user ID, plus your favorites and download history.
  • Downloads: when you download a track while signed in, we record the track ID, your user ID, and your IP address (for abuse prevention).
  • Donations: if you email us about a donation, we keep that email so we can verify the transaction and add you to the sponsor wall (only with your consent).
  • Analytics: we use Microsoft Clarity for aggregated session-level heatmaps and Telegram Analytics on the Telegram Mini App. Neither stores personally identifying information from you on our side.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
  • We don't profile you across sites or use behavioral ad targeting.
  • We don't store your payment information.

Service providers

The site runs on Vercel, with a Postgres database hosted on Neon and storage on Cloudflare R2. Authentication is handled by Clerk. Each of these has its own privacy policy.

Your data

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings, which removes your favorites, download history, and Clerk record. For anything else, email us at hello@ravan.one.
