Music can't fix anxiety, but a few albums can buy you the regulation gap to do other things — a breath cycle, a walk, a phone call you've been putting off. The albums here are slow, warm, harmonically simple, and don't change much. If you're spiraling, start something near-ambient and let it run. If you're winding back down, pick something a little brighter. Pair with a sleep or focus timer if you need a hard endpoint.
