Meditation music can either help or quietly take over the practice. The albums here aim at the first: long-form drone, singing-bowl-adjacent textures, modal pads, all played without melodic hooks that pull attention. If you're doing focused-attention meditation, pick something near silent. If you're doing open-awareness or visualization, the more textural albums work well. Set a sleep timer so the audio fades when your sit ends.
